Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use Kabel, a service provided by Infinitee AI Solutions ("Kabel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kabel.

Using Kabel

You must give accurate details when you sign up, keep your sign in details safe, and be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. Kabel is not for children under 13, or under 16 where your local law sets that age. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

You own the business cards, notes and details you add. You allow Kabel to store and process them only to run the features you use, such as reading a scanned card, sharing to a Team or sending a referral. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to add and share it.

Other people's details

When you add or share another person's contact details, you confirm you have a legitimate business reason to hold and share them, and that doing so is allowed by the privacy and marketing laws that apply to you. Only scan cards you are entitled to keep. When you share a card in a referral, that person may be told their details were shared, and may ask us to remove them.

Teams

A Team owner controls who joins the Team and can remove members. Cards you add to a Team belong to that Team. If you leave, they stay with it.

Referrals

A card shared with you in a referral can be added to your Cables for 10 days. After that its contact details are removed. You must not misuse contact details you receive.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of card scans and limits on Teams and members, and shows ads. The Pro plan is paid monthly. Scan top-ups are one-time purchases; their scans do not expire and are not refundable through the app. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Apple for purchases made through the App Store, and the currency of your first purchase is kept for later ones. Trials happen once per person. Cancelling stops renewal and keeps Pro until the period you paid for ends. When Pro ends, Pro-only data such as your cloud backup is deleted, and Pro-only settings such as reminders and premium profile designs are switched off.

Prices may change. If they do, we will tell you before the change reaches your next renewal. Purchases made through the App Store are managed and refunded by Apple under its rules. Other refunds are at our discretion unless the law says otherwise.

Signing in with another service

If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, you also follow that service's terms, and you allow us to receive the account details it shares with us.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kabel to:

  • harass, threaten or defraud people
  • send unsolicited bulk messages
  • scrape other people's data or collect it without permission
  • upload anything illegal, or anything you have no right to share
  • try to break, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits, quotas or free trial rules
  • pretend to be someone else, or use the app to break the law

Your responsibility and our waiver

You are solely responsible for your content and for everything you do with Kabel. Infinitee AI Solutions is not responsible for any breach of law that results from your content or your actions, including how you collect, store, use or share other people's details. You agree to follow all laws that apply to you.

Infinitee AI Solutions has the right to submit your data and logs to the authorities for investigation. We may do this where we are required by law, where we receive a lawful request, or where we believe it is needed to investigate suspected unlawful activity or protect people, Kabel or others. We may do so without telling you where the law allows or requires it.

Our service and your risk

Kabel is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free or secure. Scanned card text is read by software and can be wrong, so check it before relying on it. Keep your recovery passphrase safe: we never receive it, and we cannot recover encrypted backups without it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Infinitee AI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business or data, or loss caused by anything outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum the law requires if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to cover Infinitee AI Solutions for claims, losses and costs that arise from your content, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law, to the extent the law allows.

Our rights in Kabel

Kabel, its design, name and software belong to Infinitee AI Solutions. You may use the app for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from it, except where the law allows.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice where needed to protect others. Parts of these terms that are meant to continue after your account ends, such as the waiver, limit of liability and indemnity, will continue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Kabel after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Infinitee AI Solutions is established, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions can be sent to our support address shown under Help and feedback.
